Lamorna House is a modern, spacious light-filled property, set in beautiful private gardens and has views across the adjoining fields and out to sea. The property is located at the end of a short residential lane, providing a real air of tranquility. Inside, simple décor and quality furnishings combine with spacious rooms and large windows to provide light-filled spaces.
ENTRANCE & DINING AREA
As you enter Lamorna you are greeted with a large entrance hall which leads into a spacious dining room. The large wood table comfortably seats 8 and is handily located near to the kitchen and lounge.
The view from the living room and gardens is rarely the same twice, changing not only with the seasons, but also the weather, the tides, the light, and the setting of the evening sun on the ocean horizon in front of Lamorna House is spectacular.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a table perfect for breakfasts. The kitchen opens out onto a beautifully sunny patio that has a bistro table, perfect for alfresco coffees in the morning sun. You won’t be disappointed cooking in Lamorna House as it features a range of useful appliances which include:
- Smeg range cooker
- Fridge and separate freezer
A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom enjoying access to a patio and gardens through double doors. You can enjoy the sea views from the bedroom and on quiet still days you’ll even hear the fishermen collecting their lobster pots. The largest of the bedrooms has plentiful storage for clothes and a dressing table with mirror.
A large alternative master bedroom which also features an ensuite bathroom, dressing table with mirror and sliding doors leading to the patio area.
A double bedroom with a feature wall and easy access to a shower and washroom.

The family bathroom is a highlight of the property with large grey slate tiles and freestanding roll top bath.
The shared shower room has warm neutral colours and effectively gives every bedroom their own wash space.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE
With parking on the drive way the gardens wrap around the side and front of the property. Well cared for with a lawn, seasonal planting and views over fields to the Atlantic ocean in the distance. There is a choice of seating areas depending on the weather and time of day.
From the kitchen you can access a very private rear patio area. Catching the morning sun and with table and chairs it is perfect for lazy alfresco breakfasts.
